The project that I made started out with being a simple sword. After making the sword in maya I started to want to add more to the sword to make it into a bigger animation. After I had everything with the sword complete I started to make a mountain so that it could be the setting for the sword animation. I started with a flat plane and then I pulled up parts of the plane to make it look like a mountain. After creating the mountain I started adding little details like rocks and the texture on the ground. Finally I put the sword into the mountain and started to animate the path that the camera went on. After all of that I had to add the glow effect to the sword in after effects to finally make the project look complete.
If i were to make anything different i would fix the speed that it goes and make it a little bit longer. I would keep the sword design the same and the mountain the same. I will make my next project better by using he glow effect that i learned and how to model a mountain faster.
