Witcher 3 Ice giant animation

In the video the guy shows you their process in making a new monster in Witcher 3. They first made what they wanted the monster to sort of look alike and then they adjusted the scale of the ice giant. After they found out the size they wanted the ice giant to be they started to make a high resolution version of the ice giant. After they created the high resolution version they added color to the model and then animated it so that it would fit into the game. They started to tell a story about how the monster would fit into the game and how they created all the things that the ice giant wears.
I would go with the idea of making a rough sketch of a project and then making it into a higher detailed version later. I would like to incorporate the type of details that they used in my project to make them look better. I have already learned to make multiple parts for a single animation so that you have a variety of things to work with. The creator did a good job on showing how they made high resolution animations and how they came about with the idea. He could have improved showing how they animated it and how they came up with the color scheme for the animation. I think that this was a good video to watch because it showed you some of the things that animators do and the steps that they go through to make a character for a game or project.
