E-Communication Final Project

When I was in the graphic design strand I was in charge of doing the web banner. I wanted to make the website banner a specific color and make it interesting. I used lighter colors on a darker background to make it easier to see the letters. I incorporated the name of the product and i also added the slogan and logo so that people who looked at the web banner know who it was. I also added the phone number if anyone wanted to call.

After making the web banner i started typing up my bio for the website. I started to type up other parts of the website that could be used as a guideline for what to type and then we used that to base the other stuff that we typed. I started to type up my bio based on what i liked to do and what my hobbies were. After i typed that i started to help with other things.

In animation i made the set for the movements and other parts of the animation. I made all the surrounding objects like the chair, table, cup, and the room. I wanted to but the remote in a home or office scene to make it look like any person could use the remote. It made the product look more professional and like it was available to anyone who want to buy it.

In the video i was the spokesman and talked about the product and the cost. I also edited my own version of the video but we didn't use mine. I edited the video to show everything that the product did any to make it look as professional as I could. I made the video look like there were no jump cuts and that the video was smooth and looked great and interesting.

The project forced use to work together to create a product and made us all use our strengths to make it look the best we could. Everyone had to use their strengths to help those who were weak in some areas. We had to find solutions to problems quickly so we didn't have any problems in our group and make sure everything worked out well.

The scope of this project was to sue all the things we learned to work together to make a product using each strand of e-comm. As a group we had to world together and use each strand to create a group product. We had to say what our product did and what it was about and could do.

Next time i would work harder on my video and my graphics to make it look better and more appealing. I would also do more in the animation to make it look better than it already does. I would add more things to my animation. I would keep most of my animation and other things that I did with the graphics the same.

In conclusion this project a great project to get us used to working with a group and using all the strands in e-comm to make a final product which is what it will be like when you get a job because you will get to make one part of the overall product and then have your team work on the rest of the product.
