Eurosport Professional Professional Project Review

     This project was made to be the intro to Eurosport which is a sports television network in Europe. The animation shows off the old style of sports by using statue people and having them crumble away. The video shows off mostly soccer and it shows how soccer is the main sport in Europe. (Elite Serien)

     I noticed the animation of the rock crumbling away as being very cool. You can also see how they animated each different statue. They probably modeled all the statues off of real people and used motion capture to animate the statues. The lighting they used is very good and set up in a way to make it look very cinematic. Finally they textured everything very nicely and with the red card theymade sure that the glowing reflected onto the referee.

     The story that was told was a story of a soccer game being played and what happens in soccer. It also starts out with the start or soccer. I would like to apply the crumbling of rocks to one of my projects. I have already learned how to make a glow effect like the red card. The creators of this project made it look very professional and complete. Finally i thought this project was very cool and neat because i also like soccer so interested me.
